LAREDO, Texas – With three seconds remaining, St. Mary's senior defensive back
Lewis Wilson put an exclamation point on the regular season, drilling a penalty kick at Texas A&M International to secure the undefeated season and win 3-0.
"This was a very professional performance from our guys tonight," said Head Coach
Johnny Clifford. "We were able to rest some players and the others guys stood up to the task!"
Â
Wilson, a fifth-year senior from Aberdeen, Scotland, who has played several summers in Laredo, scored his fourth goal of the year on the club's second penalty kick of the year.Â
