Sanchez Earns Third All-American Award
SAN ANTONIO – Senior tennis standout
Jeremiah Sanchez became the first Men's Tennis player in St. Mary's history to become a three-time All-American, when he was recently named to the All-American team by the ITA.
The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) named Sanchez, a senior from Harlingen, Texas to the teams in 2018, 2020 and now in 2021.
He completed his senior campaign with a perfect 16-0 singles record and ends his career with the most singles victories in school history with 70.
Sanchez is also a two-time Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship South Central Regional Award Winner and in 2020 was named the national Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship recipient.
