Women's Soccer Drops Match at OLLU 1-0

SAN ANTONIO — St. Mary's Women's Soccer dropped its first match back in San Antonio 1-0 at Our Lady of the Lake University on Tuesday to fall to 1-3 on the season.
The Saints' Jaylin Seto had the lone goal of the match early in the first half after just eight minutes. Leah Whitaker had four shots for the Rattlers to lead all players in the match, and St. Mary's tied with OLLU in total shots with 11. St. Mary's also had the match leader in saves from goalkeeper Cameron Koerner who had five in the match.
The Rattlers will look to get back in the win column with their home opener at 5 p.m. on Thursday at Sigma Beta Chi Field. The first 50 students who show valid ID will receive a free meal from Maniacs Chef's food truck starting at 4 p.m. prior to the match.
