@StMUWBB earns hard-fought victory over Rogers State

SAN ANTONIO — Arysia Porter set the pace for the St. Mary's Rattlers on Thursday as the Rattlers defeated Rogers State 56-54.
 
The reigning Heartland Conference Player of the Week dropped 21 points while grabbing 11 rebounds and five steals.
 
Seniors Kealani Marquez and Tia Mason provided key contributions as they both neared double-doubles.
 
Marquez posted 10 points and seven boards as Mason tallied eight points and nine boards.
 
With the victory, the Rattlers improve to 13-12 overall and 7-5 in conference play, pushing their win streak to three games.
 
On Saturday, the Rattlers will face a stern test when UAFS visits Bill Greehey Arena at 1 p.m.
