DALLAS, Texas — DBU blanked St. Mary's Women's Soccer on Saturday, defeating the Rattlers 4-0 at Patriot Soccer Field.

The Patriots (7-2-1, 5-1-1) leaned on a strong offensive attack that saw them outshoot the Rattlers (6-4-1, 3-3-1) 19-2 in the game.

DBU scored less than two minutes into the game, and added a second goal just before the end of the first half to carry a 2-0 lead into the break.

Rachel Gurinsky and Natalie Rodriguez each recorded a shot for St. Mary's.

Goalkeeper Courtney Ahdoot played 16 scoreless minutes in the net in reserve of Erin Longford, who got the start.

The Rattlers will be back in action on Saturday, when they host Texas A&M International in Heartland Conference play. The match will kick off at 2:30 p.m. from Sigma Beta Chi Field.
