SAN ANTONIO — In the blink of an eye, St. Mary's Men's Soccer turned a tight game into a laugher Saturday.

Jack Wolf scored the go-ahead goal in the 79th minute and Alex Gonzalez connected for the second time on the day just 26 seconds later to spur the Rattlers' 5-2 victory over McMurry before a standing-room only crowd at Sigma Beta Chi Field.

Gonzalez, who moments into the second half tied the game at 2-2, highlighted the Rattlers' four-goal second half that erased a 2-1 halftime deficit.

Senior Forrest Harrington capped off Senior Day with a penalty-kick goal, his first goal of the year and the Rattlers' fifth on the day.

Goalkeeper Patrick Kasperitis spelled David Schmelzer at the half and didn't allow a goal, saving two shots along the way.

St. Mary's (4-10 overall), which improved to 4-4 in Heartland Conference play, will look to crack the .500 mark as it hosts St. Edward's at 12 p.m. Monday at Sigma Beta Chi Field.
