Vianna Gutierrez pitched incredibility for St. Mary's Softball last week, tossing her second career no-hitter. She finished the week 3-0 with 26 strikeouts and a 0.33 ERA. She allowed one earned run over 21 innings in the circle, no-hitting St. Joseph, blanking Division I Incarnate Word and beating No. 25 Angelo State.
 
Gutierrez pitched two shutouts and one no-hitter in three complete games, improving her to 7-1 on the season.
 
The junior currently has a stronghold on the conference as she has the lowest season ERA at 1.44 in 58.1 innings pitched. She also is second in opponent batting average at .212 and fourth in strikeouts at 61.
