Senior transfer Kris Gardner has quickly become key as No. 13 Baseball's No. 2 pitcher and last week was no different as his performance earned him the Heartland Conference Pitcher of the Week award. The lefty picked his seventh win on the season last week, tossing a quality game against Newman with six innings tossed.
