Matt McClain threw a two-hit, complete-game shutout of Oklahoma Panhandle State last week, striking out seven. McClain leads the Heartland Conference in strikeouts with 73 and is currently No. 14 in the nation for most strikeouts while tossing for a 1.98 ERA.
