LAWTON, Okla. — Due to worsening weather forecasts and extreme cold in Oklahoma, the St. Mary's University Men's and Women's Basketball games scheduled for Friday, Jan. 23 have been rescheduled for Saturday, Feb. 28.
Weather forecasts predict up to 10 inches of snow in the Lawton area beginning Friday afternoon. The teams decided the safety of the student-athletes, staff, and fans was imperative and rescheduled the games.
The Women's game is now scheduled for 1 p.m., with the Men's game beginning 25 minutes after the conclusion, at approximately 3 p.m.
