Emily Brittain was named the Daktronics South Central Pitcher of the Year, while also being named to the All-Region First Team. The honor marked the third time in as many seasons that Brittain, a junior, has been named All-Region. Brittain finished the season with a 27-6 record to go along with a 1.98 ERA and 105 strikeouts.
