Michel began her week with a grand slam against OLLU on Tuesday, helping the Rattlers to an 8-0 victory. During the West Texas Invitational, Michel continued her barrage as she notched a four-RBI performance against Midwestern State and a three-RBI outing against Metro State. Batting .625 last week and recording 15 RBI on 15 hits, Michel was named Heartland Conference Hitter of the Week and was selected as the NFCA National Player of the Week.
